Automatic infrared thermometers are widely applied across various industries including the power sector. Portable and easy to carry, they can be taken to every corner of industrial sites to perform on-site calibration for temperature probes that require inspection, maintenance and verification. This eliminates the hassle of removing probes, transporting them to laboratories for comparative calibration and reinstalling them back into original systems. It greatly boosts work efficiency, improves the availability of equipment and systems, and equips on-site automation engineers with an excellent tool for maintenance and calibration. Accordingly, the market demand for automatic infrared thermometers has been increasing year by year.
Recently, Mr. Jack and his team from the US visited Yistar Injection Molding Factory and held a meeting with our engineering team to discuss the injection molding project for housings of automatic infrared thermometers.
After Mr. Jack shared the product drawings with our engineers, Engineer Li and Master Huang reviewed the documents and found that the product structure could be further optimized. Minor structural adjustments will bring remarkable improvements to subsequent production and processing. Master Huang presented this proposal to Mr. Wu, who highly recognized our professionalism and service capability. Afterwards, Mr. Wu came to Yistar to discuss the detailed mold structure for the infrared thermometer housing injection molding.
The two-hour in-depth discussion reached a final agreement. The revised drawings will be completed by Engineer Li under the guidance of Master Huang.
