Recently, Mr. Jack, a key client from the United States, paid a special visit to our production base for an on-site factory inspection. The visit focused on full-process audits and business negotiations regarding the customized black plastic storage tray shown in the picture. Our sales, production and quality control teams accompanied the client throughout the tour.
During the inspection, Mr. Jack toured the raw material warehouse, thermoforming production lines, CNC punching workshop and finished product testing & packaging area. He observed the complete manufacturing workflow of the trays, including sheet cutting, integrated thermoforming, precision machining of side positioning holes and wear-resistant surface treatment.
Mr. Jack held detailed discussions with our technical engineers on core product requirements such as surface gloss, structural load-bearing capacity, precision of side mounting holes, as well as waterproof and wear-resistant material standards. Random samples were taken on-site for dimensional measurement and scratch resistance tests. He spoke highly of our standardized quality control procedures and high-precision mold processing capabilities.
At the follow-up meeting, both sides conducted in-depth consultations on key topics including bulk order demands of the trays for the US market, customized modification solutions, overseas shipping packaging standards and delivery schedule guarantees.
Mr. Jack stated that this on-site factory tour allowed him to witness our mature thermoforming expertise and rigorous quality management system. The flat forming finish and neat edge workmanship of the products fully meet the application standards of supporting equipment for North American supermarkets, and he expressed full confidence in long-term stable cooperation. In response to Mr. Jack’s optimization requirements for North American warehousing compatibility, our team finalized plans for minor mold adjustments and mass trial production schedules.
